Education Department Releases Review of State Laws Governing Seclusion and Restraint in Schools

The U.S. Department of Education today (February 24) released a review of state laws governing the use of seclusion and restraint in schools. The report follows action by the House Education and Labor Committee on related legislation earlier this month.
