The U.S. Department of Education this afternoon posted the narratives, MOUs, and comments for the 21 grant winners. Now we get to see what made them winners!
I am currently reviewing comments for several of the applicants, so it will be good to compare them with the top 21. In the meantime, since most of you actually applied, I’ll be interested in your off-the-record comments. Send me an email!
